This restaurant is designed for the product development department of Mey İçki. The goal of the design is to combine two different concepts in a single space being the casual restaurant and the classical Turkish bistro, in order to promote the consumption of “rakı”, the traditional Turkish drink. Therefore traditional and natural materials such as brick, wood or painted tiles are preferred mostly to create the space in terms of classical design principles.
