Construction Managment

Even the simplest of designs need a solid construction process in place to bring them to life. By integrating construction professionals in the early stages of a project and continual design team involvement until delivery, we enhance control and collaboration to delivery high-quality design-build results that exceed expectations.

We oversee construction work on-site, coordinating between consultants and trades to ensure full understanding of the design intent, quality and delivery timing. We do this by:

Monitoring and managing materials delivery, on-site acceptance, installation, testing, commissioning and the handover processes.
Ensuring site safety measures are upheld.
Carrying out risk assessment and mitigation planning as required.
Controlling time schedule and slippage.
